Q: Can exchange or refund Jewellery if I change my mind?

A: If you wish to return an item just because you change your mind, we regret that we are unable to accept the exchange or return of the items for hygiene reasons and for your protection.

Q: What do I do if I purchase a Jewellery item that is faulty?

A: You may exchange a faulty product with any other product but we do not refund. Exchange should be within 10 days of purchase and the item/s are unworn and in original condition with the tags intact.

 

Q: What is German Silver?

A: German Silver is an alloy of copper, zinc and nickel, sometimes also containing lead and tin. It was originally named for its silver-white colour. German silver is extensively used because of its hardness and resistance to corrosion.

 

Q: What are silk threads made of?

A: Silk thread is made of 100% viscose filament rayon. Viscose is both a semi-synthetic fibre or rayon and a solution of cellulose xanthate.

 

Q: Can we customize colours?

A: Yes, you can customize the sets to match your outfits. It takes 3 to 4 weeks to arrive after the confirmation of your order. Please contact us to customise your sets.

 

Q: Does silk thread leave colour?

A: We are using high quality material silk threads and it does not leave colour for body's perspiration. Please do not spray perfume or harsh chemicals on the silk threads.

Q: What is terracotta?

A: Terracotta means 'baked earth' and is made up of natural clay, giving it a reddish-brown color. It may be glazed for durability or to add color.

Q: How to wash german silver articles?

A: Please use only colgate powder to wash german silver articles in order to maintain colour durability, please avoid tamarind, lime, soaps and washing detergent to wash German Silver articles as the acidic from those products could cause discoloration. After use please clean, wrap and store it in clear plastic bags to maintain colour durability.
