Online Returns Policy

There may be times when you will need to return an item purchased from us. Our Returns Policy is designed to assist you with your return. The benefits given by our Returns Policy are in addition to other rights and remedies you may have as a consumer under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

 

If you wish to return any item(s) you have purchased online just because you change your mind, we regret that we are unable to accept the exchange or return of the items for hygiene reasons and for your protection.
 

You may exchange a faulty product with any other product but we do not refund. Exchange should be within 10 days of purchase and the item/s are unworn and in original condition with the tags intact. You can either return the item(s) via post to our store within 10 days from the date of delivery. Return postage costs will be at your expense.

The following fees and/or charges will not be reimbursed:

  • Processing or handling fee (if any)

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable in any case. If you have received your product as "FREE SHIPPING" a flat charge of $10.95 will be deducted up to 1 kg parcel and $14.95 for 2 kg parcel and $18.95 for above 2 kg parcel.

 

We encourage you to return your parcel via registered or traceable postal services as all returned parcels remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by Ishta Handicrafts.

 

Returns Policy Conditions

At Ishta Handicrafts we want to ensure you love the items you purchase. If you wish to return any item(s) you have purchased online just because you change your mind, we regret that we are unable to accept the exchange or return of the items for hygiene reasons and for your protection.

If you have received a faulty product, please follow the below instructions:

​

  • Email us within 2 days of receiving your order to arrange exchange of your returning item(s)

  • You should return the item within 10 days (inclusive) from the tracked date of delivery

  • You should produce your original Ishta Handicrafts invoice (receipt) when you return the item

  • The item is in original saleable condition

  • With all original tags and any sewn labels still attached

  • In an unworn, unopened and unused state

 

If you are not able to comply with these requirements, Ishta Handicrafts reserves the right to refuse an exchange on faulty items.  Ishta Handicrafts will not accept a bank statement as a proof of purchase.

 

We regret that we are unable to accept the exchange or return of the following items for change of mind for hygiene reasons:

  • Any custom-made product

  • Bangles

  • Earrings

  • Hair accessories

  • Nose pins

 

Items on sale will not be exchanged for change of mind except where the item is faulty or defective.

 

Any items returned as part of promotion will be exchanged at the paid discounted price or as the percentage price calculated by Ishta Handicrafts, not the original full price.

Colour Discrepancies

​

Images on our site may appear different to what they appear in person. This can be for a number of reasons, colours will show up differently in all types of lighting, they can also appear different on different devices. In the case that you receive a product but the colour is not the same as that you were hoping for, we will gladly exchange the products but the postage costs will be at the expense of the customer, products also need to be returned in the same condition in which it left the warehouse.
